Every vehicle we deliver, new or pre-owned, comes with this program at no additional cost and don't assume for one second this is just another bunch of meaningless words we've thrown together to make you THINK you're getting a "DEAL" - it's not!

Here are the features of this super customer care program.

(1) 30 day Exchange Policy - No ifs, ands or buts - if you don't like it, bring it back. Now obviously if you crash, smash or trash it - all bets are off. But if it's in the same shape as it was when you took delivery, we'll take it back within 30 days of delivery. (Note: Pre-owned vehicles only)

(2) Free Extended Warranty - All Daimler / Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles receive a 3 month or 3000 mile powertrain warranty and additional extended used vehicle warranty coverage is also available.

(3) Free Oil Changes - On all new 2005 and 2006 Dodge Vehicles we include FREE oil changes at 3000, 6000, 9000 and 12,000 miles.

(4) Free Service Loaner - Whenever your new 2005 or 2006 Dodge vehicle requires scheduled maintenance or warranty repair during the first 36 months or 36,000 miles of your ownership, we will furnish you with a free rental car to use until maintenance or repairs have been completed.

(5) Auto Valet Concierge Service - For the first 36 months or 36,000 miles that you own your new 2005 or 2006 Dodge vehicle, you can take advantage of this unique Fairway Advantage Service. It includes trip routing, travel information, airline information and much more (further details included in your delivery documentation).

(6) Road Hazard Tire Protection - For the first 36 months or 36,000 miles that you own your new 2005 or 2006 Dodge vehicle, your vehicle's tires are covered 100% against flats and this includes a complete or prorated tire replacement if your tire cannot be repaired.

(7) Trip Interruption Coverage - If your vehicle is inoperable due to a mechanical failure that occurs more than 100 miles from your home during the first 36 months or 36,000 miles that you own your new 2005 or 2006 Dodge vehicle, we'll reimburse you up to $100 for your inconvenience.

(8) Roadside Assistance - For the first 36 months or 36,000 miles that you own your new 2005 or 2006 Dodge vehicle, you are also covered by our blanket roadside assistance program. This covers towing (if needed), lockout service, flat tire changing, out of fuel (you pay only for the cost of the fuel that is delivered) and battery jumping.
